Hit the track for some 400s in prep for the 5k next week at UVU. Decided I wanted to just run them at race pace (77 per quarter). There was a harsh north wind which was annoying on that side of the track. So, I went with 10x400m averaging 77 sec with 1 min recovery in between. My splits ended up being 78,76,76,73,74,75,75,74,74,74 making an average of about 75. Very good work. 2 mile warm-up and cool-down
