First collegiate meet today - 5k. Didn't know what to expect. Hadn't been running as much as I should have lately so I went for it.

Mile 1: 4:57. Didn't feel too bad and was right on pace. Found myself right in the middle of the pack.

Mile 2: 10:20. Was a little off pace now and could have pushed harder. Just tried to keep moving.

Mile 3: 15:47. Pretty much suffered through this mile. Hoped for the best.

5k: 16:25. Not overly disappointed with my time but it could have been better. Just keep working hard. It converts to sea level time of 16:05 too so that is okay.
